hand sign and then drag and drop the control to a new location on the form.
Most controls have a corresponding label. Click and drag the border of a control to move both the
control and its label. Click and drag the upper left sizing handle to move a label or control
independently.
Select the control you want to move, then click and drag it to the desired location on the form.
